Service Description

From Christy: " I love being outdoors enjoying our local sun and all that Southern California has to offer. I have been practicing yoga on and off for years and in 2013 found SUP Yoga and became hooked. I became certified in 2014. To find more balance, I obtained my 200 hour yoga teaching certificate in 2020 and registered with the Yoga Alliance. I want to continue to share my love of outdoor yoga in the warm local sun. My Slow Flow class is a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day-to-day life. Bring a mat, don't forget your water bottle, and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed."
